How is this different from the skills in The Stack?
Stack skills are general-purpose — they work for any company. Custom skills are built exclusively for yours. They reference your brand, your tools, your competitors, your processes. The output reads like it was written by someone on your team.
How many skills do I get?
The base package includes 10-20 skills depending on complexity. Most companies need 12-15 to cover their core workflows. Larger stacks are priced per skill above the base.
How long does it take?
Discovery to delivery is typically 5-7 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Do I need a CHANN3L membership?
No. Custom stacks are a standalone service. But members get 15% off custom stacks, and your custom skills can optionally be added to your member dashboard for easy access.
What if I need changes after delivery?
90 days of refinements are included. After that, individual skill updates are $49/skill.
Can you build skills for internal tools we use?
Yes. If your team uses specific platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Asana, etc.), we build skills that produce output formatted for those tools.
