Connect the data
your team should be using.
Connections are one of the six parts of every CHANN3L agent: the data the team can reach when it plans, produces, and reviews. This page is the honest inventory: what you can hand the agents today, and what will connect on its own later.
(CN) 01 Live vs roadmap
Two ways data
reaches the team.
Upload and import work today. Connected sources are planned. We keep the line between the two explicit: no implied integrations.
Upload & import
Everything below can go to the agents today. Export it, upload it, or paste it in during intake, and the team works from the file.
Connected sources
These integrations are planned, not live. Today, the same data reaches your agents through exports and uploads: the list on the left. Slack-native agent delivery is on the same roadmap.
If a source on this list matters to your business now, export it. The agents already know what to do with the data; the pipe is what's coming, not the capability.
(CN) 02 The payoff
What the team
does with it.
Data you connect is not a folder the agents sit on. Each agent uses it differently: that's the point of a team.
The Strategist reads it
Offers, sales history, reviews, and documented objections become positioning, personas, campaign angles, and content pillars. The Strategist plans from what your business actually knows, not from a blank prompt.
The Producer builds from it
Real photos, testimonials, past campaigns, and your brand voice become the raw material for posts, emails, ads, and landing pages. The Producer builds from your proof, not padding.
The Analyst learns from it
Analytics exports, ad results, and CRM data become the evidence for what to repeat, pause, or test next. The Analyst closes the loop so the next campaign starts smarter than the last.
Better inputs create better strategy. The team gets sharper with every real input you hand it: see how input quality works →
(CN) 03 Safeguards
Connected
does not mean exposed.
Every connection an agent gets comes with boundaries you set, and can revoke.
Scoped per agent
Each agent reaches only the data its job requires. Connections expand as trust grows, never by default.
Permission-based
Data use is permission-based, with role-based team access. The agents read what you grant, nothing more.
Delete any time
Remove any uploaded data whenever you want. What you hand the team stays yours.
Bring what you have.
The team takes it from there.
A website, a folder of photos, an export from your CRM: that is enough to brief a three-agent team on your business.
