I paid but I haven't received my access link

Magic-link emails typically land in under 60 seconds. If it's been longer: (1) check spam/promotions, (2) confirm you used the same email at checkout as you want the link sent to, (3) request a fresh link at /get-link. If it still hasn't arrived, email team@chann3l.com with your Stripe receipt — we'll manually issue one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit /member/billing after signing in with your access link. You can cancel monthly, annual, or Eval Pro subscriptions directly — no email required. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period.

I lost my access link — how do I get back in?

Visit /get-link, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send a fresh link. The link works for 7 days; bookmark the dashboard page once you're in for passwordless return access.

My Research / Custom / Agent order is late

Research deep-dives: 48-72 hour SLA. Instant briefs: 10-30 minutes. Agent Packages: under 10 minutes for the customized zip to arrive by email. Custom Builds: however long the chat takes — you control pacing. If you're past SLA, email team@chann3l.com with your order reference and we'll triage.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions: cancel anytime, no questions asked; we don't pro-rate partial months but we also don't argue. One-time orders (Single Suite, Research, Agent, Custom): refund on case-by-case basis for undelivered orders within 14 days of purchase. Email team@chann3l.com with your order reference.

I found a broken link or a bug

Email team@chann3l.com with the URL and what you were trying to do. We read every report and usually ship a fix within 24 hours on weekdays.

Can I bulk-license CHANN3L for my team?

Yes. For 5+ seats or a full organizational rollout, email team@chann3l.com and we'll set up a custom team plan. Agent Packages and Custom Builds already cover team-level deployment.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@chann3l.com with details. We respond within 24 hours for any credible report. We don't currently run a bug bounty but will acknowledge disclosures in our changelog with your permission.

Where are my order receipts?

Stripe emails a receipt to the purchase email for every transaction. If you need a copy, forward the magic-link email to team@chann3l.com and we'll resend the Stripe receipt.

Do you offer invoicing / net-30 terms?

For orders $500+, yes. Email team@chann3l.com with your company details and we'll send a proforma invoice.
